Sauna

Finnish-style Sauna

Both men's and women's large baths are equipped with authentic saunas that can accommodate up to 24 people. The cold water bath uses natural flowing groundwater, and the gentle natural coolness refreshes your mind and body.

The temperature is 80-90 degrees Celsius, using a convection system that heats the air.
Therefore, you can comfortably warm your body without feeling the stimulation of being grilled. Also, because humidity is obtained through löyly, breathing is easy. You can enjoy it slowly over time.
Saunas have various health benefits, and the key is the sweating action.
Löyly promotes perspiration, which is believed to enhance health benefits. In addition, what should be noted is the "comfort". You can become healthy comfortably without enduring.
